I need to know how to ban a region (Isle of Man) from accessing my website.
I am using bluehost.com's hosting, which uses an 'IP Deny Manager. It is straightforward, but I need to know which numbers/range to put into it.
I have attached a screenshot of the 'IP' Deny Manager' interface so you can see what you are dealing with.
I need it soon!

you can actually just use the ip database to block all the ip addresses for those countries, or otherwise you can use a software the ip country then block it.

I'm not sure if it is possible:
When a user copy a text from my site to clipboard, a copyright notice and a URL is added to this text. Must work with IE6+ and FireFox3+.
Example: The user select "blablabla" on my website and press Ctrl+C (or menu Edit/Copy). If the user paste this text to Word, he see:
blablabla
Copyright www.mysite.com
