Simple Php /mysql / Ajax Stuff

I have a little shop (custom coded) which is *very* simplistic and I need you to make some minor changes there.
***This might look like a lot but it's not because the "shop" as well as the backend is *very* simplistic so it'll be easy to find the stuff that needs to be changed!**
Important: Ask for the URL and if you're serious, ask for access to the backend!
IF you work well, we can work together on MANY projects in the future!
backend (a simple table)
*99 EUR bug
the max amount the admin panel showes me for an order is 99 EUR even
when the total amount is higeher. Order confimation emails and on the
"thank you" page, the correct amount is displayed so the problem is
only in the admin interface. I always have to go to phpmyadmin to
check the correct amount.
* fix "update bug"
Meaning: when a transaction has been marked as "shipped" or "payed",
it can't be unselected anymore! That's a major problem. It depends on
the transaction though i thing but with most at least it doesn't work.
*Payed/ Shipped dates
it would be very helpful if we could get a little field just under the
payed / shipped checkbox where we can put the date the items has been
paid / shipped. The width of the admin interface right now is the max
my screen can handle so please don't make it any wider.
*One field from the order process is not showen to me in the backend anymore (the customer comments), please reenable that.

* Add a product (as simple as adding some data to the DB via phpmyadmin as it's just the same product in a different colour)
* One page checkout
This one is just a question first: right now, checkout is on 3 pages i
think. Can you make that a one page checkout process by using some
ajax? basically, the total would dynamically update depending on what
the user chooses (automatically factor in the rebates and if more then
1 item increase the shipping costs. Please let me know and also how
much that would cost so I can think about it.

i am in need of a php/mysql ajax programmer for a small job, currently i have a auction script and it will allow you to have open auctions. i want to have the ability to have upcoming auctions as well and have those upcoming auctions listed on the site.
Simple Php String Matching Project

When client enters the string to search they can select to return 50, 100, 200 etc words. Client can also select to return words less than 4,5,6,7,8,9,10 etc characters
Letters are entered into a search box and a Jquery / Ajax script will display the results underneath
Requirements: Database of all dictionary words (I dont have this)

The php part involes inserting/deleting entries in MySQL database and create a cron php page that monitors remote server status using PING/GET/PREG_MATCH.

Stress Test Php Mysql Ajax App

I can show you how it works & it works fine with a few users. Again, when 40+ people hop on, everything crashes, the pages don't load & the server reboots.
I am thinking it might be the MySQL simultaneous connections or maybe the AJAX stuff. Maybe I can replace the timers I am using now with Java ones? Or perhaps the app has a loop I am not catching?
Either way, we need to stress test it & figure out what is wrong asap.

The first one being a short form, which will take around 15-20 values in a form and save them to a MYSQL database.
Have lot of forms to be made into that system. Its a very simple PHP/MYSQL system.
so less than an hour's work.
$ 10 budget for this small form and immediate more work to follow.
