Need An "email Genuis"

Hi,
I need to send millions of emails every week. I am using oem pro for autoresponders and handling bounces but the problem is my sendmail makes a huge queue and is very slow in sending email.
I need a real expert to take care of the situation and edit or replace sendmail so that mails go in a multithreaded fashion using all the cores of my quad core processor and the y go FASTTT!!!
Also I have 3 servers to send emails, I want you to set that sender id file in such a way that hotmail does not reject emails from the servers. I think its spf file ... or something
Also I need you o see the email I wana send has low chance of ending up in the spam folder, although emails are opt in and sent using db inputs like first name. Also I need you to configure oem or a better software in a way that it handles bounces with no prob and list remins clean.
In short I need an email genius :) and ofcourse you should hv no prob with linux and mysql. No new comers please just experienced people.
After this project I will be giving you projects all the time.
