I am in need of a professional designer who is can create a html graphic to Dot net nuke skin. Which will allow me to transfer the site to a Dot Net Nuke sever.

The site is currently up and running but I just need the layout/graphic converted to a DNN skin 4.9. This should be a simple project if you are experience with Dot Net Nuke.

If designer does a great job I will have other similar projects for them.

The dot net nuke template is to look exactly like the attachment.

Also for the dnn project, i need you to set up the pages like the sitemap which i will also send you

Finally, for this project, dnn has a default basic newsletter module but i need to set up an unsubscribe link in the emails that get sent out and i think we may need to install a free newsletter module that supports this.
