This involves the migration of up to 200 sites. You will have WHM and Cpanel access to both servers
The whm copy from another server function does not work at all as I am sure we are all aware
Most sites (90%)are Joomla based. If you don't know Joomla or PHP then please dont bid.
You will bid on a per domain basis.IE $ 10.00 per domain or $ 50.00 per domain
You will be contactable 24 hrs . Phone ,IM, Everything.
All transfers are to be done between 1:00am and 5:00am Australian time.
Average site size is 250meg. The big ones I will do myself.
The successsful bidder will be given a test site to transfer and complete.

because we are at the tail end of the migration and mostly need someone to take all the migrated data and make it work. You would also need to transfer the less than 3 gig database again since our members have been active since the last person transfered it.
I think the best thing to do is to have the person we choose speak with the original person we hired so you know exactly what needs to be done. I believe my explanation is pretty close so you have an idea of the amount of work.

Data Migration To Magento Cart
Migrate the existing product content from http://www.centexdoorandframe.com/ to a clean install of Magento. Magento is already set-up and running, we only need content migration. We do not have access to the existing cart, so the content will need to be scraped and entered into an excel file and imported into Magento.
Manual Data Migration: 250 - 300 Web Pages

Virtuemart To Ubercart Migration
ith thumbnails. I pretty much need an exact clone of what is in the VirtueMart database now, just moved over to Ubercart.
The order history and customer information is not as important, but it would be good if that could copy over.

Database Migration From Joomla To Wordpress
with just a simple script and for some reason only about half of each article was transferred. I am not sure if Joomla splits each entry in the database or what. On some of the entries all that was pulled was the title, no article content.
The project is to migrate the articles on Joomla to Wordpress. I need every article to be complete. Also since we have attempted to place the articles on there already and they are all junk, the current articles will need to be erased.
