Help with making a new domain name work on my server

I have code from a Windows 2003 server running Apache and PHP 5.3 to a Fedora server. Apache, PHP 5.3, Free TDS and unixODBC are installed, but I am having problems making it work with PDO on PHP. Need help getting this going.
