Link Exchange Script
Required skills: Flash, PHP, XHTML, MySQL, Graphic Design
Hello. I need a link exchange script (site) with a twist:
-I will hold a central repository of all links along with their category
-each user that wants to participate in the link exchange must copy one php file/folder to their site (it should be a simple copy so anyone could do it)
-when accessed, the php script will pull the repository from my site and display it on the participant's site (in a manner similar to the way a link directory shows links)
-the script should be SEO friendly
-the site should have a professional-looking interface
Implementation details:
-users that wish to participate must be able to automatically submit their own site (eventually create an account) through a web interface and download the required files for upload on their server
-using an admin area I must be able to approve/reject links, add links manually and manage the central link/category repository
-the entire script should be coded in php

it needs to disallow counting multiple inclick from the same ip address for x amount of time
