Flash/flex Video Conference

I have code written in actionscript that does video conference. I would like to add to it a few features and give it a nice looking UI. Basically:
It's for 2 different video applications, one for video conference, so it will need 2 windows (320x240) and the possibility to have up to 7 users at once. In this case the right 320x240 window will shrink to become 6 smaller windows occupying the the old 320x240 space. I would like a carousel effect (when you click on add a new user, the right 320x240 window will shrink with animation down to 6 small windows). I will also need a menu that shows when you hover your mouse over the windows. The menu will include thing like "Record", "Resume", "Pause", "Mute", etc...
I will also need a second flash/flex app for recording, previwing and playing, it's basically a recording application. So it will have only 1 320x240 window with a menu that shows Record, Preview, etc...
I may have access to these apps on influxis.com if that helps.
I need the web applications to match my website theme and have my logo in them.
Please you will need to show me prior work to help me decide.

to incorporate in the videoconference and before sending you the GUI screenshots, I need to see at least one implementation you already did of a flash multi-cam video conference, and also I would need a quote for a multi-cam video conference for up to 13 people; of course the final quote will be different according to the specific features I will then reveal, but at least I need a basic/general, Red5 videoconference Quote and to see a similar work made by you.

Note that videowhisper is GPL for everything except the swf component - this costs to get the full version that works without limitations. I do not want the swf decompiling and nulling as that would get me into trouble, but either a flash component built from scratch or something that is already open source adapting to fit the site.
