I want some one to design a new template for my website and integrate with current website. It is pennyauction website, so you must have knowledge of smarty, cakephp and ajax too to get it successful working.

Some samples images will be provided to give you an idea of what is needed. Mostly it is blue color theme, no sharp rectangle corners and web 2.0 design. Preferably three sliders on top. None of the products have images in it, so the products will be icon based.

The Fees will be $ 35 for 1 template design. We dont need html. We need PSD and fonts at the time of delivery.

And payment will be done only on design approval.

Mockup will be the best. But not compulsory.

I need a template design, and logo made. I will supply the color ect and a web site i own to go by. I do not have much of a budget at the time. All i need is the color of the template changed and a logo made.

need at least 3 samples.
First will be 100% similar to the atatched one.
second and thrid may be similar but with almost same pictures.
