I need a small realestate website (15 properties) built with an open source easy to use CMS.
One important factor is that this site needs to be Search Engine friendly.
This is the first of 3 sites I will need completed over the next 6 weeks.
Additional Info (Added 5/23/2008 at 19:33 EST)...Forgot to mention, I have the design already and would be providing PSD files.
I would also welcome any quotes on an upcoming project that I am recieving financing for - a clone site of fairfaxdigital.com.au complete with a back end that will allow advertisers to upload their properties/ jobs/ ads once registered.

I want to rebuild my Real Estate Listing website with MySQL, php or/and Joomla. It is now in php but it wasn't it has to be enhanced. I also have new project started in Joomla with Real Estate component - it might be a good start.
