• We generate patient statement files in a comma delimited format, that need to be parsed and using the pertinent information from the files create a viewable form for access on the website.
• That patient statement form should be accessible to patients through a process of logging in with their account numbers and name to be able to make online payments to their accounts within the statement viewing window.
• A separate non-viewable payment form should be available for patients wishing to make a payment without being able to view their statement (either because they are in collections or do not immediately have access to their account information).
• Within the Doctor's website there must be a section to highlight the practice, its staff, and the doctors through modifiable bios, images, and general information.
• There must be a location section that provides a mashup of Google maps to display the location of the office with access to directions.
• Appointment request forms must use a template that creates an email to the appropriate office staff for patients to create appointments online.
• Prescription refill requests come through a similar template that creates an email to the appropriate office staff.
• There must be a section with editable text regarding general practice information, specialties, and acceptable insurance plans.
• Further mashups to give appropriate information to patients regarding health conditions, medical questions, and information regarding treatment, perhaps using WebMD.
• The general site format, color, theme, etc. must be easily editable by our staff and/or the doctor's staff, to give each doctor's independent site a personal touch and the ability to modify the page without difficulty.

Sending Email Through Websites Not Working
is not a software problem at the website level but a problem with our server configuration. We use an external mail server for our regular email communication which is working fine. I am able to provide root access to our server for the winning bid.
