Incomplete Auction Project
Required skills: PHP, mSQL, Website Design
I have a site that is 90% done but the programmer has been taked quite ill and so cannot finish it. So I am in need of a php/mySQL expert.
It is for an auction site for Australia based on the popular trademe site in NZ.

I require the following to be done and possibly a couple of other things.
1. stratapay payment gateway installed (Australian Bpay)
2. Second banner management section installed on RHS
3. Shops section to be moved in top TAB and to function same as shop section in trademe.
4. The $ 1 auction and Whats Hot sections to be working - again same as trademe
Much has been spend to get it to this point . Remaining budget is tight so any $ 1000+ bidders please dont bother.
