Bulk Listing Tool For Auction

have an auction website and would like to have a bulk listing tool to be provided for the sellers like in ebay turbo lister.

The bulk lister should also have a tool that will convert the files created by ebay turbo lister to a format that will enable the seller to upload to my website.

It has to be a desktop version. The seller uploads or converts the ebay lister files offline and ten uses his login info to get online and upload to my website through the desktop.

I would like a program that can create etsy listings via a tab delimited or csv file. All info for the listing would be entered into a spreadsheet and that spread sheet would be loaded into the listing toll that would then create the listings on the etsy website.
