Required skills: PHP, Wordpress, Website Design
I need a website designed to protest about the rise in price of electricity in my country, Spain. This site should be pretty basic in concept and very clear in style.
Front-end language should be Spanish. Backend can be in English. I will do the translation.
The site should be quite simple but with style, all concentrated on giving the right info, sign up to protest and import your contacts with our contact importer.
Which CMS would you use? Is Wordpress ok to do this?
Looking forward to hearing from your proposal.

The last guy I hired from here only gave me 9 stars because I made him go back and fix the links that were not showing, but I stressed up front the importance of making sure they work.
