I'm seeking the consultancy of a multi talented developer who likes to communicate about better ways to do things.
I need to ask anywhere from 3 - 10 questions a day to somebody who can provide me with some tutoring so that I can do my job.
Some of the challenges / questions I'm currently asking are:
- Why does a dynamic text in my flash file not keep the font I apply to it when it dynamicly updates the text?
- How could I have a mysql table of quotes from famous people that prints to a flash file that changes every 30 seconds? Could you implement that?
- How could we convert this page here from table style design to more compatible css design?
- Whats the best way of creating a realtime ajax style form validation that is intuitive and helps the submitee fill out the form correctly before hitting the submit button?
- Why the hell doesn't this PHP script work?
As you can see... the type of things I ask are diverse. Sometimes complicated. Sometimes super simple. I just need some people I can have on my chat list who are online a lot and like to help out for a bit of extra cash.
This isn't employment but I would hope it would be a longterm ongoing thing. When you bid please place down how much you would like for a week of your time. Its definitely negotiable as time goes on and if you are able to actually code the solutions as well we might be able to pay more for that.
Its important that if you apply that you enjoy coding and helping people and communicating solutions and possibilities. I'm looking for the type of person who likes to research better ways of doing things and will take a look at our website each day and have initiative to make recommendations on how it could be better.

I am looking for a tool to encrypt, hide and obfuscate my scripts php js etc ..
I need kinda system for this (better if u have something ready) I know also there is a way to assign a key that the server will use to "decrypt" the cod like "Sharepro clickthief V8" does (as they run the scripts from their server) and in this way nobody can rip it, or actually it will make it very hard to rip it.
