Hello.
We need to develope a PHP and MySQL Work Orders system for a consulting firm.
Description: Sales people will securely login and post work orders and proposals (online form) to be done for a consulting firm. They will only see their posted jobs. And they will see if those have been aproved or rejected by their sales managers on an status page. Sales people will also have a profile page with photo image and resume plus contact info and selling totals. An email have to be sent each time a job is posted and waiting for acceptance. Different fetching or search ways have to be offered for sales people to locate their past and present work orders. Printing sales quotation to PDF and printer must be offered, as well as zipping and emailing. They will also update and check for added extra jobs and mark when each job has been paid.
Managers will have access to see all their sales force profiles and be able to aprove, reject or even modify work proposals. When accepting or rejecting, and email to the salesman have to be sent informing the response, show modifications and comments. A separate work orders status page will show to them all work orders, their status (approved/rejected) and if approved, they can add % of advance in an editable field. Whey will also see all their sold totals, pending selling totals and all the payment pending orders. A general page with all orders and a detailed page with each work order details must be given.
Partners will be able to see all quotations and all managers information.
Customers will also be given access to see any comments, modifications and general status or % of advance of their project.

- Secure login. Authentification. Account creation confirmation by email for each user type.
- SSL
- AJAX Grids preferred to show tables and lists within the system
- Final system will be in Spanish. A lang page will have to be done in order to translate all language tags within the system from English to Spanish. OR if you know spanish, much better.
- A table with jobs and prices must be accesible for sales and managers to add jobs.
- A table with customers list (with customer number) must be shown in order to create a job.
- Customer page profile must be done in order to add new customers to the customer database.
- Nice and neat user interface must be given.. like W Vista.
System must be fast and reliable. We will work wity you in the system design before programming for better programming performance.
We have an specific budget (not too high), but we reserve that info for now. Please send quote.
We will prefer programmers with good references and good customers feedback. We will consider this job performance for future jobs as we sell projects within our country.
