has to:

- scan an hardcoded (fixed) directory and its subdirs looking for a certain file extension (let's say .xxx)
- all .xxx are simple MS Access files
- the program has to scan inside each .xxx file looking for a certain table (table yyy)
- when table yyy is found, the program has to fetch all records inside this table
- the program will send via email these records to an hardcoded email address, smtp server, auth data.
- program ends

16 fields (dates and text). I expect this will be extremely straightforward for someone with Access experience. I also need a few customized reports programmed – that will allow for reports to be generated from the entered data. Nothing too fancy…just need a spreadsheet report from the data entered into the fields. I will need this done by Dec 24th.

We have a very light application of MS Access database that need to make it work on-line (web-based).
We will supply MS Access file and need the same application to upload at our server (PHP/MySQL).

• PDF logo background – (can be converted to another format if required)
• Layout when the information is to be placed.
• Example report as an ACCESS report (not in PDF)

We require:-
• This process to run after-hours at a set time and loop through each record, sending the respective email with the pdf attached to each customer.
• To monitor which emails were unsuccessfull.
• To update a ‘DateEmailed' field with the date the email was sent

I am assuming this is done via an MS Access macro, but it really doesn't matter to me how this is done as long as I can point to a CSV file or load it in Acecss or Excel 2007, press a minimum of buttons, and export the summary report. The export would also need to tabulate for files that do not have file extensions.

The sooner this can be done, the better!

ust have a few tables to go so need somebody who can do this work today.

I also need help with the tables that have been imported. They were imported as duplicate tables like if i had students table originally in mysql then we made another called students2 for the new imported ms access data.

Now I want to copy the data from students2 to students which is pretty easy.. just need to match the fields i want to bring across.

Need an accounting database made; fairly complex - can be updated by any other user with access; stored data online; could even enter data online and or offline.

Would like it built in MS Access.
