Simple - I need module (Windows DLL) that will convert XML data to PDF/HTML.
It has to be framework independent (no C#, Java, etc.).
Brief description -> Load and parse XML src file, and save it to pdf or html.
XML data will include table entries, pictures, graphs, etc.

I have two data back up files from a mssql database. I am creating a new site with Mysql and I need this data converted so I can import it. I am not familair with mssql so I need the data converted to csv, text, or something that we can use to import it to mysql. This project is urgent.
