Cloning Of Static Html Web Sit

Hello ScriptLancers,
I need someone to clone this site for me: http://tinyurl.com/2uaczb
I want the design & graphics to be very similar, but please change it a little so that it is not a 100% clone graphics wise.
Here's what to change graphics wise:
- Change the colors & remove the globe (replace with something FOREX related) from the header: http://tinyurl.com/3brwtd
- Change the color & change the font of the text in the navigation: http://tinyurl.com/2od89r
- Change the colors to match the header, change the globe to match the header, and remove the text from the footer: http://tinyurl.com/38ssfy
Now, I want you to clone the text 100% and the links 100%. The only part that needs changing is the graphics like described above.
As well, if you do good work, there is a very good chance I can give you long term work as I have a lot of static web sites to clone!

but I dont want exact same copy of it. It has to be little different otherwise I might get copyright issue from them.
