I require the conversion of a jpg web site proof (attached) into a fully text editable CSS template.

I will supply all text and background images and require the CSS template file and basic HTML index file.

All text on the jpg must be included as raw editable text in the appropriate sections and images.

Ideally page to shrink and grow to page resolution.

For our new website we are looking for a CSS programmer, who is able to create our Template according to our design.

The CSS will be used in REDAXO CMS.

The attached file shows the design, which has to be programmed.

We would like to start immediately and finish within 5 days.

programmer should give the raw file like PSD after the project is done, and im not accepting pirated-themes from templatemonster etc, so make sure this is your original work, i dont wanna get sue by the law.
