Custom OSC CRE Loaded Mod

I am in need of someone that can do some custom programming to OSCommerce CRE Loaded. I will try to detail this out to the best of my ability.

This add-on will consist of a couple different parts.

1st part will be a payment module
1. This will be based on the authorize.net module that is already in the site.
a. This payment module will be called Installments
1. Needs to calculate % of total or $ $ will figure out number) what ever is greater. Will also display there balance and a date 6 months not sure yet) from there order date. Also will show the info like the authorize.net payment module

2. When payment is made this will record into there account.

2nd part will be in the accounts area.

1. Need 2 links added and pages for them.
a. Balance – (total order – total payments)

1. This page will just display the customers balance
b. Payment
1. This page will have 1 input box where the customer can enter a payment amount and this will be added to there shopping cart as a payment like if it was a product. Once payment is made it will record in there account.

3rd part is in the admin
1. Need a section that will have the following:
a. Installment customers
1. This page will display all the customers that are on the installment plan. When clicked it will take you to a page with there information, balance and the payments they have made

2. On the main page of this also it should have a total of what the customers bought and what they owe and a running total of all.


This project will entail making a new table so when the Installment payment method is chosen it will keep track of the customers' payment and be able to do the calculations on the fly.

I think I have outlined this whole thing pretty good. There is not going to be automatic billing or automatic charging in this. This is just to allow people to purchase items and make a down payment and make payments through the OSC system. I am pretty sure this all can be done by adding 1 table to the database to store this extra info. The info that will be needed are:
1. pid number (auto increment)
2. customer id
3. date ordered
4. total amount ordered
5. payment
6. payment date

If I have forgotten anything please ask. I need someone that knows OSC very well. I have researched this pretty good and this shouldn't be to hard for someone that knows how the OSC system works.

Do not give any outrageous bids or bids like $ 5 I know what this entails to be done and about how long this should take. I will only accept bids from people that are available via messenger and voice. I can call or we can use Skype. If you do not have phone or use your phone line to connect to the internet don't even bother. I am sick of dealing with programmers that have tons of excuses. I need this done and done right.

I need to get this done quickly so make sure you read this very well. Payment will be made via paypal or SL once project is done. Too many programmers have burned me on stuff with giving me stuff not working. I will provide you with a copy of the OSC site so you can work on the exact copy we are using. Once you show me that this is working I will be more then happy to put money in escrow or send you ? before you put the working copy on our server.
