Admin Panel Changes to Website

I would like some admin panel changes to my site.
I would like the ability to do the following on the admin side of my site:
1. Be able to change the overall color scheme to a few different colors
2. Be able to easily change the text at the top of the website. Also for the ability to upload a logo.
3. Need to easily change the static text pages, such as About Us, Contact Us, etc. Should be a simple editor in the admin panel to make these changes.
4. Need to easily change the email address setup for the contact us page.

rve as a community website I need a backend admin area to review sign ups, monitor, delete profiles and accounts, and e-mail users.
Fortunately much of the design and functions are complete as this will help greatly in explaining how this site should work.

Cant login to admin panel
I'm having trouble logging into my admin panel for my website. I tried changing the password in my mysql database but i still cant log in....
