Basically it will allow my users to upload (mp3 and wav and popular format) tracks, then the flash would play the track and display 2 bars that the user can click on and move to the right or to the left basically to set the left and right boundaries to delimit the section to be cut. Once this is done, the user then clicks on a button to initiate the cut. The new file (output of flash) will be saved to file.

- but I will definitely need a few days to review and fine tune with the client. So I would prefer to have the project files in my hands in ten days. I am hoping there is an experienced programmer out there that has created one of these avatar builders before and can simply adapt existing code to fit this schematic.
