Mailing List program
Required skills: PHP
I have a mailing list program that needs a few upgrades. I have attached the original program here for you too look at. The changes I need are as follows...
1) I need the ability to choose who gets the mailing. Right now its everyone on the list or no one. I would like a check box system to choose the recipients.
2) I would like the ability to create recipient groups. So if the same ten people are to receives certain mailings on a continuous basis I can just check off their group name and only they will receive it.
I should be able to add people to existing groups at any time not just when they are added to the database.
I would also like the ability to name the groups when they created.
If it would be easier for you to do this from scratch rather than upgrade my script, by all means quote me for that as well. Just let me know which you are quoting for.

Email Mailing List Program
work is very likely. Currently, i do not want database functionality included. However, eventually I will... And also, if it works well, i'll need other features and updates.

Email Mailing List Script With Mysql

Level 1, 2 & 3 security password needed. Script should be limited to only specified IP addresses.

I do not know much about MS Access... but I am wondering if someone can go into the .mdb file and add users, or if it's possible to add an option to import users via excel.

gram can choose the option to add the subscribers first name in to the emails sent to the mailing list. no advertisements whatsoever to be included in the program. no links to external links or websites in the control panel. only links to pages within the program itself. entire program must be in php (same as CCmail) and can not include a database. a complete clone of ccmail with inclusion of the above items and other simple additions to be described at a later date.
