Windows-based Website Manager
Required skills: Visual Basic, .NET
We need a Windows-based Website Manager.
This application will be a rich-designed Windows .NET application with an Outlook 200x look-and-feel. Front end design is VERY important in this project.
We will provide detailed specs on layout.
Phase I (this project) of this project will include the following:
- ability to manage several "profiles" - A profile will consist of domain, username, password, http or https. This information needs to be encrypted on the client machine.
- ability to "download" all current CPanel configurations and store them on the Windows Client side (We don't want to query CPanel everytime the local client goes to a certain screen --- i.e. if the client lists all email accounts, we would like to view the local side list of email accounts. This "download" feature would be used anytime a customer runs this application on a machine for the first time, or needs to re-syncronize the local side.)
- ability to trigger all CPanel features/functions from within this application (except phpMyAdmin and Mailing-list manager.) You will need to PUT and POST to the hosted CPanel.
- ability to interface with Kayako to track customers tickets and issues. This will be based upon the customers email address and initial password. Should be through PUT and POST again.
- ability to interface with Modernbill to track customers invoices and payment information. This will be based upon the customers email address and initial password. Again through PUT and POST.
- ability to change password (but not email address) through this interface --- user changes in one place and we update CPanel, Kayako and Modernbill.
- ability to update itself. i.e. if there are bugs or issues, this program needs to self-repair. When launching, it needs to check for current version and (if not critical) prompt the user to update. Also will need "option" to upgrade now. Critical Upgrades will be required.

Phase III will allow the customer to signup through this program (while posting to MB in the background.) This is not part of this project.

3 - As mentioned above, the GUI is VERY IMPORTANT. If you cannot design gui, please don't bid on this job. The raw functionality is simply not enough.
4 - Don't bid and then not deliver. We have worked with developers with 10* on over 100 projects that have not delivered because they are too busy. It is important that you have time for this project. Also, we will expect updates all the time. Also, we need someone to start immediately.

Note: This project must be fully completed on our servers before payment is made. We have had too many problems with programmers recently with incomplete work or just leaving us high and dry. We will need to have this working on our servers before releasing payment. You will be paid once the work is done, but please take note of this before bidding as it is a requirement.
