We are an India based Company looking to build a cadre of free-lance web-application builders, for some of our in-house projects and for our India and Foreign based Clients. Building approach is required to be in reusabe components, full documentation,
Prices are required to be competitive because our foreign clients outsource to us because of our price-competitiveness and the Indian clients can't afford costs at Dollar denominated renumerations.
However, in many cases automation/knowledge of existing software (open source or otherwise) for building into the project, and/or domain knowledge of the person/company in question, may cut costs in unknown ways, by faster development, existing building blocks etc.
However, people identified are to be used in bigger & bigger projects, as our confidence in them builds up. It will be a constant business...not one time.
Please don't quote price only. We are not interested in that. Please tell us why you would use a given software/language/tool & why? How you would document the project? and why? Tell us about your skill-sets, your past projects, your involvement/contribution to any open source/important project (socially/commercially)..let us know you!
Now: Web based Mail post bot.
Little background information: Please refer to another post named Mail fetch, delete, record bot. This script/bot complements that. It will check a postgresql database if any messages need to be posted or mailed through a site, to its members? It may be any site...a site like this escripts where programmers will leave messages, IMs, emails etc. and we need to get them, they may be sites like ebay, alibaba.com, any dating site..or many others where the user has an account, which needs to be posted to or whose member needs to be sent a message to.
A cron script will run n times a day and spawn the bot. If a site needs to be posted a message to, according to status in the database, the bot will call a handler/fetcher bot built according to the site. This bot will login to the site and get the indicated messages from the database and post them one by one and log the same in the database. The bot will also delete the messages from the sent folder on the site. After finishing with the posting activity, it will pass a message to the invoking bot...you tell the method...system call, pipe, socket, file on disk which is checked by the parent bot periodically or something else.
Parent bot logs completion of a successful run & exits.
In all this, care has to be taken to handle system crashes, program crashes, multiple runs of the same bot etc. The bot has to have the signature of a web browser & execution is to be configurable and never harm the activity of the site being checked for mail/messages.

site works well but I am not happy with the design and I want to have the option of requiring payment after a free trail periode. I don't think this needs a radical design change but clearly it needs some changes. There are many functions to the existing site but they are not brought out well because of the layout and lack on instructions on how to use the sites features. Feel free to set up and test the system and then ask any questions.

As for the admin section, I would need to be able to add information to any artists calendar and be able to access their calendars too. This would allow me to organise the business better than give my artists a quick overview of their upcoming gigs throughout the weeks and months.

Web-based Electronic Medical Record

There needs to be a Admin pannel to add new staff as needed, and to be able to access the users accounts to review the records. The forms will need to share information between them, so that info f/ 1 form is transferred on to the other forms as needed. Attached here is a basic draft of what we need. Past experience w/ creation of EMR/EHR will be highly preferred.

it provides us the ability to access any mail box on the system. Problem is that it is not reliable and support is in German so we are ready to replace this product. I don't think we will find a script that enables us to access all mail account but it would be a plus.
