Update HTML inside JSP

The project is an internal management system which runs on JSP. The JSP is now complete and an interface has been designed to be incorporated with this.
All JSPs have been already tested and working fine. HTML template needs to be updated from the files attached to this project.
Test database is a complete IMS database with dummy data for testing.
There are about 30 html files. but most of them are about 1-2k
I am including all html files for your review and 3 JSP files, so you would have an idea about the amount of work.

JSP to upload file and show progress bar
wse' and selects a file; the file should start uploading immediately. Then when user clicks on Form submit ; on the server side I should be able to get file name, description so that I can persist it in my database.
To keep things in brief the file upload should be the same way what happens in gmail.
I know I can copy paste it from internet but I want a quality work with no bugs and progress bar to show results accurately.

Simple JSP registration & login using Mysql & Tomcat
-in pages developed using MYSQL and jsp that will run in a tomcat 6 environment. I have the schema from an online example. The MYSQL table is built as are the html and .jsp pages from the example. The only additional code needed is password validation. I also need directions for placing all the files in the proper directory structure on the server. Tomcat and JDK6 are on the server and tomcat is running Attached is a of the MYSQL DB.
