Looking for a experienced company to optimize a site for search engines. This site is not online yet, we're looking for the best solution to promote our site.
These are the details:
Our web page won't have a page for each language, the locale will be changed dynamically and text will be updated through a database query. Our web site will be keyword rich, I've made sure that the programmers take some search engine optimization beforehand, though I think other tips/techniques would have to be applied. Users on our web site will be constantly introducing keywords, like "love baseball", "swim on the beach", "outdoor activities", "adventure on the mountain", etc. So, I made sure that every keyword item introduced by a user would have a URL link like: http://website.com/passion/Outdoor_activities, where outdoor_activities might be the keyword the user has introduced. Each user will introduce a few keywords, they can add from others, etc. So, each keyword will have it's own dynamic generated page. Then, how can we optimize those pages to be search engine friendly? Can search engine robots spider our web site like that, I mean, visitin user's profiles, or pages with selections of keywords, so that they index all those keywords individually? What do we need to do in order to do that? Can you do that?
I'm not talking about cloaking, I do not want any strange techniques to promote my web site.
If you look at www.43things.com you'll see a "similar" application to our first module. We'll have other modules, these other modules will also be database driven, but they will be different in structure, but also based on keywords.
We'd like to optimize our site for a high number of keywords, spanish and english right now, other languages in the future. So, we'd prefer to focus on SEO and link exchange in the beginning to raise our popularity and search results, which will drive users to our site without paying per click.
So, apart from SEOing our site on researched keywords and keywords searched in the search engines (not those the we think that are being searched for), we'd like to know if it's possible to somehow reach good positions at the search results for many of these users' tags. Many will be general like the ones I've written above. We don't want to optimize tags like "I love playing lego" and many many others. So, can a sort of XML feed be used to feed the search engine robots? If so, let me know about it in the proposal. Also, who would make the optimization for every individual keyword? Can we be taught what to do regarding these internat XML application and individual optimization our our user's tags once we work with you on the global SEO and possibly link popularity/exchange campaigns?

'extreme sports', 'adventure [countryx]', 'extreme sports city1', 'dancing city1' or 'dancing city2' or any other important city. We want to be there in the search results. Also, each big or important city in our country, has more than one big site that comes as the first results when users look for the name of that city in Google, for instance. So, can we have our site positioned in the first page for every important city in our country (other less important in the future...), is that possible? I guess you need to research that.
This is what we need:
- Key Phrase Research, 1000 or more maybe.
- Optimizing web page for most important keywords and reaching first positions for them.
- Optimizing web page for best 4-5 spanish search engines (google, yahoo, etc)
- Making web site search engine friendly, analyzing the design template and reworking the code of the page to both maintain our existing design while making the structure of the template search engine friendly
- XML Google SiteMap Creation, formatted to Google's specifications.
- Link Placement & Acquisition campaign to raise our site's popularity.
- Submission to Yahoo!, business.com, Microsoft Small Business Directory,
- Pay per click campaign optional.
And any other think that you think will make our project reach first positions and popularity, without spamming or ileegal techniques.
I would need a proposal for a whole year. Please PMB only qualified people.
