I need a complete clone of a web site. The web site is i-am-bored(dot)com. I want all the same features, and I want to be able to run the whole web site trough a online administration. Please check out the web site i-am-bored(dot)com to see what features I want. Register on the web site and try out the different things you can do.
I also need the possibility to choose the time for when a link will be added to the web site. E.g. I register information trough a form, one day, and choose that it would be added to the page 5 hours later. And then it will be visible to people after 5 hours.
I must also be able to delete and edit posts etc, like all admins let you do.
Please make a pmb with any questions, you might have.
The finished stuff, must look the way I-am-bored.com look, with the features etc, but no graphics are needed, just simple stuff.
And it needs to be as SEO friendly as possible.

Joomla and Drupal will most likely not cut it (Last attempt was in Drupal) I was thinking about JomSocial but I do not think this will work correctly.
