I originally purchased the website from monster template and was not happy with the limitations. The freelance must be able to make it user friendly based on access through Dreamweaver CS3. Other project related to the site will follow for a capable designer.

Just to be clear, the site is not flash-based. I would like the site built in some other quick-loading language with flash incorporated. I want the site to be auto-optimizing for SEO keywords that are created within the blogs. Again, I will leave programming languages up to you.

My django project is stored in a git repository that I will make available to the provider along with some sample data that should make the development effort easier. I think this project should be relatively simple for experienced django developer with form layout skills.
