We are looking to have a website designed that would consist of about 6 or 7 main page. The basic function of this website is that it will need to allow the user to download certain files once purchased. The download must be accessed only once, and by only one person. Each transaction will be the same price and the payment should be transacted through PayPal.
The major part to this website is that it must have a script that allows the administrator to easily upload new files that can be purchased.
