Hello,
I'm client of domains names in host.ac. I have one company, in brazil (where i live) and i sell domains for brazilian users (only).
When one client buy one domain with me, and when him want to change the dns done or contact (of domain (whois)), him have to send email of my company, to request the change.
I want to change this. Host.ac give-me access in one panel (hosted by them) that i can reseller domains for my clients. My clients can now change contacts, dns zone, e-mail, and others things.

But, in this panel, have how change the language for PT-BR, but, have VARIOUS ERROS, example:
- Words in english and portuguese (words, and buttons as: "Buy now" and not "Compre agora" (Compre agora = Buy now in english).
- Words in portuguese with "?".. (Example: - Domains (Dom?nios in portuguese). In website show: "Dom?nios")
and others erros.
I've contacted host.ac for this, but, they spoke that can't change, until now i don't know why. But, they spoke for me this website, than can provide for me one panel how i want.
I want one panel that 'connect' with panel of reseller of host.ac, using with login and password of the reseller of them. Did you understand?
I want that my clients change the DNS Zone, add e-mail, change the contacts of domains, etc.. But, there is in panel of reseller of host.ac, you only have to make one thing that 'connect' in the reseller and change this. I'm not programmer, i don't know how to say this.. but, you understand, right?
Other thing. I want ALL in Portuguese-Brazilian (PT-BR). In first you can make all in english, but, after, i will help you, saying all words in portuguese for you change.
I need this, and i will pay from paypal (I am new member.. don't know how to pay.. from here or paypal in your account? :P)

Finally, our target budget is $ 500 for this project, but the finance department has 'unofficially' suggested that we can pay out up to $ 750 for the right development team. If there is one aspect or another that can't be done, please don't hesitate to bid anyway! We can go over what can and can't be done and work out a bid accordingly. We would like to have the site operational within 30 days of closing bid, but we will understand if something comes up.

Parking for my all domains on my server

They redirect domains to a fixed page when i define the nameservers on my domain panel.
i do not know if it could be done by php scripting or configuring my server but i will pay the person who solves it :)

Website Update (Maybe Redesign) Domains & Hosting
hand the project over to a bidder until I see that they can meet my requirements and have a general understanding of what I am after.

to transfer a site that is hosted in a server to a new one, about 1,7 GB
also i need you to configure webmin to host this site in the new server, and do the configuration for 2 more domains in the webmin

When you are done with all 10 blogs, please send me an excel file with the url of each blog and the username/password of the admin panel of each wordpress blog
Should be about half a day work! This is an easy job for someone who knows Wordpress and phpbb and know what they are doing.
