I am looking to have a membership listing site created. It will be much smaller but similer to Craigslist.com. Only members will be able to create and post listings that will viewd by anyone. This is not a paid membership so now finacial transactions will be needed.TYhis site needs to be done from scratch. If you already have some kind of template that looks good then thats fine. We don't need any graffics or custom looks, we just need a sleek look with great funtionality. Please send links to site you have done in PMB.

Cleanup unneeded functionality/code from PHP Listing site (O
d can check it out using SVN client, the development database that referenced on the code is accessed through the internet and the developer have access to it too. The database is SQL Server (this should not make any difference to the developer as the dataset is accessible from Internet)
