Connecting to an EPP server

I need to connect to an EPP server for registration of domain names.
The point is that the registry allows only 1 active connection and 1 command in the mean time which means that we cannot simply use php scripts because new commands sent by php scripts would simply drop the connection but we thought about a Java application that would:
- connect to the registry
- send the xml commands received by php scripts
- queue the queries in case of multiple queries because the registry will simply drop the connection in case a command is sent before receiving the answer of the last command
- reconnect automatically (login xml) in case the connection was lost with the registry
- send back the xml answer to php script
This java application must be accessible from different websites (2 in our case) so a username / password system should be created.
So we need this programmer to build:
1. Java application
2. The first php scripts that will send the command to the registry (the login command should be sent automatically by the java application).
Once we get the xml answer, we know how to parse it so this part of the job can be done by us.

After we done with this, there is a directory called wwww.olddomain.com/files

Moving To An Other Server
I need some one who has experience to move from one server to an other. From cpanel to webmin control panel. The domain has already been transfer ( around 30 gig ) few month ago. I now need to update the website maybe to overite and transfer the DB

Sql4 Oscommerce Web Site Moved To An Sql5 Server

When I updated payment check or money order option toggle on or off I get an error message but the update does work.
My froogle – Google product search datafeed module is not pulling up the complete data feed. This is on a much newer server than the one I had before but I do need a fix for it or a newer module installed.
The site is very slow at pulling up deeper pages which I think may also be related to database incompatibilities.

Move 3 Mysql (wordpress Style ) Websites To My New Server
I have about 6 websites I am moving to a new server. 3 of them I will move on my own- but there are 2 that are Wordpress websites and one is an arcade style website (I am assuming it is MYSQL database as well).
I just need these 3 websites moved with there databases so they are up and running on my new webhost.. That's it.

PHP read/write to an MS Access DB on a remote server

ffmpeg called from PHP on an IIS server to capture 3 random thumbnails from an flv
you do know ffmpeg, you'll know that this should not be a big deal - we just are swamped and I need to outsource this small task. We want a little php function that we can call that will get passed a url to a video and the url of the destination directory. You use ffmpeg (installed on the IIS box we are running on (php5 is on there too)) to capture 3 random image. We will give you a base file name and you will concatenate _1, _2,and _3 onto the name. That's it.
