Comparison engine clone or new
Required skills: Perl/CGI, PHP, XML, Cold Fusion
Looking to have a service comparison engine built. (mobile phones, cable Tv, voip, internet)
This must work with pre-formatted excel files to input data from providers or have web forms to update manually. Unless you have another suggestion.

You should be able to compare up to 4 services at a time in a table format. This script must also support affiliate codes for a "go to site / Buy now" button associated with each provider.
We will need either simple MySQL database import and a connection config file to change when installing on difrent sites or a setup file that will take information and create the db. I uderstand this will increase the price. So in your bid please specify if you are including this feature.
