Quick CSS Div Tables job!

I am looking for an expert in CSS.
*The task required is very simple and takes under an hour.*
I currently have a CSS base layout with the header, footer, and middle part. What I need is to add more DIV tables in the 'middle' part in order to incorporate a new website design which requires more sections to be in the middle to act as tables. I will provide you will a screenshot which will show the kind of divisions I need. No graphics, no design, just a simple task which shouldn't take more then 1 hour if you know css. Please bid according.

You will use the same style as we have on our site. You will be able to check the css there. They are mainly very simple static page. You will need to provide standards based html that renders correctly on ff,ie,chrome and also those browsers for mac perfectly.

Quick CSS fix
I just need a quick CSS fix. There are 2 extra white spaces in the 'shopping cart' that need to be removed (*see attached photo) Also I would like the wooden background (wooden_bg.png is the image name) to show up like it does in the photo (*attached). I will need this done today. Thanks.

Css With Tables Simple Page 2
eady in place, you will just need to alter some some images (rounded corners) and tweak some tables. This is a very very very small project but requires attention to detail. Must be complete tonight. Budget is $ 20 USD and should not take more than 1 hour.
