New meta search engine
Required skills: Perl/CGI, PHP, C/C++, Javascript
I am looking for a Full Blown Meta Search Engine with all the trimmings (all major search engines results, with paralell search, images, music and news searches.. I want clustering functionality, with preferences and advanced searching.. No need to search blogs, videos etc. = I am looking for power, speed and a lot of customisation based on templates [Developers only need to set basic template layout as the design of the engine is going to be incorporated into a portal], so please don't quote deisgn).
I would appreciate if you could have a look at www.clusty.com.. I would seriously consider only Bids who can deliver this as close as possible. You do not need to build custom modules like a directory and so forth (We already have most of our other applications which the search engine might need to feed into for results like: Links Directory and GROUPS, but this will be much later).
Clean commented code, as this will be tweaked at our end. Engine should run on PERL/CGI and a PHP front end would be really nice. A clean administrative back end thats pleasing to the eye, with some minor access to modify its look (not a requirement)
Consider that the engine will be using a spider in a few months time and developers will be asked to allow results to be served by our own spider first then other engines results can follow. Zoneing capability for our adds system. At present this should not be bundled with the engine.

2) Paginate the results, currently it was set to display only one page of results, but now I want it paginated.
