Looking for a professional, smart and eye catching logo and business card design to start my business.

I am interested is using red, blue, black and white colours to get the balling rolling but I am open to suggestion.

Legal:
Once logo and business card design has been created, all rights and ownership will belong to us. Upon completion, a legal agreement via email will be sent for digital signature/acceptance so there are no problems in the future.
