Banner Exchange mod

I need a couple of easy mods done to a banner exchange script located at http://www.eschew.net/scripts/phpbe/2.0/
What i need done is:
1) To be able to add a header.php file to the script. Whith the way the script is there is only a footer file. I need to be able to upload a header.php file. To make this work you will need to go through the template library and not just use include("header.php")
2) There is a referral system set up for the members when they add their banner code to their site. I would like this code to show up in the members area after they login and if possible in their welcome email.
The banner exchange script is free to download. I must see these mods working so i can try them out before payment. There must be no parse errors and everything must work properly with the header and footer files.

i've had many people say they can do it take payment and get no results so no money will exchange untill i know the problem,
not looking to spend hundreds on this project as i can get a new script installed and working for $ 30

Now this has to me a joomla 1.5.9 component along the the necessary modules to go with it if you cannot make it into joomla then this job is not for the programmer who gets this job will work on it for a very long time along with the other projects i have in the pipeline. I need the price is going to cost be to do this project just the bid price.
