Auto Posting On Craigslist

I need a script that will automatically post ads to newyork.craigslist.org. Now this is an important script function for my business goals, so the programmer must be willing to first create the script and then get paid afterwards. I will only reconsider if the programmer has alot of positive reviews.
In order to fully understand what we need, please goto newyork.craigslist.org and go through the posting process and see how it works. There are some other details you need to know if you are going to write this script.
1. On Craigslist, in order to place the same post more than once on the site, you must have a different subject line and email address everytime. Therefore the script must ask me a different subjest line and generate a random email address using the date and time.
2. On Craigslist, there are many catagories. Therefore I need to be able to tell the script what catagories and then it does what it does automatically.
3. On Craigslist, the site uses a human verifier that requires that you view a special text image and type that text into the text box. I need the script to show me the text image, so I can type it in and it can continue.
4. On Craigslist, after placing a post you are emailed a self-publishing email from which you go through the final steps needed to get your post online at the site. Therefore the script must also log into my catchall email account, open the right email and continue the post process.
5. I need the script to be able to automatically run every half-hour after I give it the special instructions what catagories and what to post.
6. I need to be able to tell the script what it is to post. Most of my posts are HTML and the script must be able to understand it. I think it would be best if the script was pointed to a text file and take the text within and post that.
7. Now I post to Craigslist for different services and companies therefore I need to be able to run more than one instance of this script.

The ad will have to include a picture that I will provide, as well as the content of the ad itself that I will also provide, you'll just have to make a nice design.
