Hello all
I need a professional looking (seriously!) auction site that is complete and ready to go.
It should be along the lines of ebay, with all of the functionality of ebay.
It is to be optomised for the UK market, and MUST have payapl and nochex integration - and have the ability for auctioners to state the postage costs.
I repeat (as others have offered pre-done template scripts without these functions) - It MUST have paypal and nochex integration and allow postage costs to be put in at time of posting an auction item.
Also, all the features of ebay (email notifications of being outbid/winning/loosing etc -
It must have an excellent admin panel - with the following (and more!)
* Set fees (listing fees / picture fees - featured auction fees etc)
* Banner rotation program (for extra revenue for me!)
* Terms and conditions that I can alter
* all headers and footers should be easily updated by me
* there should be a bui for alteration of the auction site by me.
* users should be able to ask messages of each other, and the messages should be stored in their 'my account' section (similar to the 'my ebay' bit of ebay.
* Auctioneers should have to have credit in their account (bought from me via paypal or nochex), and I should be able to top up their credit if I so choose (ie. special offer days, set the amount of free credit for new users etc.)

Please, read all these features in full, and only bid if you can design, and complete (right through to the site running on my host (already purchased)
I would require whoever wins the bid to be able to chat on the phone first (don't bid if you can't do this!), and preferably be uk based. (or at least speak good english !)
I require all rights (including re-seller and editing rights) and you may well be needed to perform updates (obvisosuly I would pay for these, unless they are to correct a fault with your work)
I would also require you to sign a declaration of none - competition that would last for a period of 2 years from completion date.

The total budget for this project is $ 750 and i can go up to $ 1000 if everything works out ok.
