We are looking for freelancers who already have or have made a "Pay Per Minute Cam/Video Chat Site"
Please do not bid if you don't have experience in such work.
MUST SHOW PREVIOUS WORK RELATED OR SIMILAR TO SUCH SYSTEM.
Those who have worked earlier in such project, know what all I am asking for.
Pre-made and ready to go live scripts are Preferred.
Maximum Budget is $ 500, lower bids would be preferred.
If you have something to show that is exceptionally good and some thing that we want, we would consider a bit higher amount.
Streaming video software a plug-in ether java based or flash
Database system MySQL system
Page generating software PHP/JSP/Java servlets
(would prefer PHP)
Streaming video software should include all the key capabilities needed
A complete:
User login system
Ecommerce support
Accounting records and back office reporting
The software should incorporate multicasting for video streaming so one source uploads once to multiple destinations.
Compression algorithms to be used for video and voice to lower bandwidth usage (Good quality and fast response times required).
(see if the model is in Free chat/ gang chat / Private Show)
Record text conversations for admin use
