Design vehicle wrap & stationary for online tuition company

I have started a new company providing Mathematics tuition online. This will be done via the internet & telephone. The company will provide tuition initially to GCSE students possibly in the future expanding to A level but not just yet.
I need someone who can design a corporate identity. To start of with I need someone to design a vehicle wrap to promote this new business. The wrap will be a full/total body wrap covering all of the vehicle's metalwork. The wrap will not cover any glass such as windows/mirrors/lights. The vehicle on which this wrap will be put in is a 2004 Seat Cordoba 4 door saloon. I have included a file which has a library photo of the car. Please note the car is not mine but a library photo. My car is almost identical in terms of exterior features (including original colour)
The wrap is primarliy designed to grab the attention of parents who may have children aged 11-16. There may be some adult students who are studying GCSE Mathematics or need help with numeracy & so the design should accomodate this to a certain extent.
I want the designer to have the minimal limitaions so that they are free to make a design as they please. All I ask is the following.
1. Design be clean, crisp with an element of minimalism but not too much or overly done so.
2. Design accomodate text space in such a way that I can include the company message, telephone, website on the sides, boot & roof.
Once the wrap is done I will need to use the colour scheme/any logos to design business cards/flyers & make a website based on the vehicle wrap. This will be done at a later date as the vehicle wrap is what I need first.

Iphone app for Online Store
Create an Iphone app similar to "Best Buy" app on App Store for Online Shopping Company. The online shopping company sells Tools and Hardware and would like it's clients to view the different categories of the site as well as checkout. So either create the app itself or make it web based either way. The shopping company site is designed in Oscommerce. No API have been created. The iphone app company must create the API as well.
