Troubleshoot broken Joomla installation

Hi all,
I'm in need of someone to troubleshoot a joomla installation that crashed after having some code injected.. It could be as simple as a configuration setting or missing file to something more involved. I am only requesting Joomla experts since it is more than likely a Joomla-related file issue that I have not been able to figure out yet.
Note: the site is currently showing a white screen and inaccessible from both the front-end and back-end. I will provide FTP and cPanel access immediately.

"Jul 08 - TerranTribune" I want to use the Rocket Launcher version that includes the template and the Joomla 1.5.6 core files. I have downloaded this and will send this to you.
I also have download the extensions and add-ons and will supply this file.
Your job is to set-up all the files on the domain. I will give you temp access to cpanel and FTP access to the domain.

Fix and tweak a joomla installation (URGENT)

Removal of login and create an account, which is not relevant to this website.
The right side lane has to be modded to fit the advertisement banner sizes (will be given).
Also some translation work of minor things (will also be given, so not to worry).
I need this asap, and a coder will be chosen TODAY.
Make sure you can do this job before you bid. I hate to have to find a new one when one is already chosen.

Fix My Joomla Installation
I have a Joomla installation that displays a 500 error when viewing any of the pages. Also, when you log in to the administration area the header and title of each page loads, but no content is available (see attachment).
I need an expert to fix the current installation and salvage all the old pages, components etc.

Add the word 'Super' to your bid so I know that you read this whole project description, which was really short and couldn't have taken more than a minute or so.
