Design custom website and logo for a site running Wordpress

Gopsco is inviting interested web designers to design a website for one of our clients who is a Music Record Company. The site will most probably run on Wordpress or Drupal and hence there is no requirement to develop the complete site from ground up. All we need is a website desing or a custom built template for Wordpress/Drupal.
You may require some html/php knowledge to effectively implement the design on a Wordpress site, but other than that we need someone who has good creativity and design skills in photoshop, flash, animation etc.
We need a theme in Yellow with bananas, record label and a beach with some flash thrown in here and there. The site will have all the features required for a Music Record company including a music player in the front end, artist's page, maybe a blog and news page, place to put up banners or to pin a callout etc.
We are willing to pay upto $ 50 for this project.

name and logo should reflect what the blog will be about. The blog will be about inspirational ideas, goals, living successfully, self-help, community, learning, and productivity, to name a few themes. I can provide more info if needed. The name and logo should reflect professionalism, but also be fun and cater to an audience in their 20s and up. So it can be a little hip and edgy.

the "i' not in capital but in small letter like "i-Phone" and with an object/symbol that could be used as favicon as well.
For the object/symbol i thought to use something like the Onion that you can find in the Flag of the city of Certaldo

r 100% unique design.
The font used has to be free for commercial use, and I need to be able to use it in flyers, etc.
I would like to have unlimited revisions until I'm satisfied, really I don't want to pay for something I won't use.
