Our existing website needs a design facelift.
The current design isn’t bad, and we are not looking for a complete overhaul (you can work within the existing general framework). However, the site needs to be sharper and more modern looking. The website also has a lot of content, and it needs to be spaced and organized in a more user friendly way to make navigation and usability easier for our visitors. The colour scheme also needs to be tweaked a little bit.
To be considered for this project, you must be a first rate designer with an excellent understanding of spacing, color, navigation and usability. You must also have excellent command of the English language.
When bidding on this project, you MUST include a link to your design portfolio or you will NOT be considered for the job.
Freelancers that we think will be a good fit to work on this project will be contacted with additional details, design specs and the link to our website.

1) FLASH website - will have minimal animation, just the top menu and some tweens here and there. Contact form and newsletter signup must be integrated.
2) CSS/XHTML website - clean coding and some javascript (for the menu and for a dropdown or popup box)
It's up to you how you do it, it should not take more than 2-3 days to code as the PSD files are really clean and tidy.
Smaller bids have better chances to win.
