MS Excel Data Entry and MS Powerpoint Data Entry

I repeatedly visit clients and gather survey data in the form of questions answered with a 1 to 5 rating. I'm currently creating graphs from this data in a very manual fashion because I'm not an Excel expert. This will be entered from time to time by user ( no data entry utility required )
4. There will be two time periods required in second intervals e.g. 5 seconds and 30 seconds. These will be user driven:
5. Time delay to wait for a response on the second web page
6. Time delay to wait between data entry activities
7. Preferred logging of second web page activities into log file as text. E.g. screen scrape of page and dump into a text log file.
