Magento customization and changing Payement gateway

HI, the following customisations need to be completed for the site on a TEST site with a TEST domain that is password protected. Once completed we want it stress tested to ensure that the site is 100% FUNCTIONING without errors.

incorrect sale report (add shipping fee to cost if order is freeshipping)
insall a daily back up module to back up the whole site and database on daily basis at midnight everynight
automate daily specials so it appears every day with a new one from a selected que
Automate weekly specials from a list that ques every week
Automate free postage wedensday - i.e. add attributes like the want it now module to select the day of the week and time of day - to the free postage shipping method in Magento
install all tracking codes for all shopping portal sites - myshopping/shopbot/getprice/nextag/shopping.com/socialloot on the checkout page
then add all site seal logos from each of those sites.
Need a gift wrapping and gift card extension that will have the option enabled at checkout to choose type of wrapping and card and message (must be at check out) check zodee.com.au for example
install google analytics tracking code - the java script code - and remove the previous code which is based on a meta-tag so that the "goals" function on google analytics will function
Change the payment gateway API to Dynamic Hosted Payments Page from St.george bank. I.e. a customised hosted payment page that will work on a shared hosting plan instead of a VPS.
automate invoices being emailed as soon as gateway money is captured for St.george
Automate capture of payment by paypal and also sending the invoice email to customer when customers pay by paypal.
Add a facebook page like linking our undiewarehouse facebook page to the store, with a counter that includes the number of people who like our FB page
Login by using your facebook account option at checkout
Promote Aussie owned at the checkout page on everystep - by including the 1300 phone number and an australian flag and promotional text "call us if you have trouble between 9am - 5pm"
