I need someone who has their own emailing system/setup, has a good inbox ratio and can begin sending right away.
I will need full reporting on send emails.
I will provide the list of emails that need to be sent to.
I do not provide you with SMTPs.

Configuring Ip Rotation Function In Exim To Send Bulk Mails
ndition to get this work done : I will NOT give my server access to anyone at any point due to my sensitive data on server. The person will need to guide me to activate the function of ip rotation (and to create SPF records) to send bulk mails through IEM via Exim.
