Web Designer Needed for a future website

Hello! I am looking for a PRO web designer who can make me outstanding design for my future website.
In order to get this job you would have to show me your talent first. You would have to design mockup for my home page, if I will like your skills you would have lots of work, not only with this website but with others that is coming up.
So here is what i want to have on the home page.
This website would have 3 different websites combine in one
1.http://www.authoritylinknetwork.com
2.www.fiverr.com
3.http://www.blackhatworld.com/
also there would be a page with tools/programs for SEO.
On the side I am going to need a few banners 1 300x250 4 150x150 (if you think more banners would go somewhere else feel free to try it)
